About me

My name is Matt.  I’m a Canadian living in the American midwest.  I’m a mathematician by trade, currently a professor at an urban commuter campus.  I like thinking about and participating in, in no particular order: math, puzzles and games, music, theatre, books, cooking, baking bread, brewing beer, wine and spirits, hiking, fencing, politics, wordplay of most sorts.  You can expect to see posts on any of the above topics if you’re willing to wait long enough.
